Eve SeibEve A. Seib, President

Eve’s a relocation professional who focuses on relationships.  She spends her time at OneSource ensuring the delivery of exceptional service through a tremendous network of partners to a continually growing and happy client base.

Eve spent the beginning of her career with Arthur Andersen, serving in various roles throughout the organization including regional marketing and general account development.  Eve joined the global sales team, managing the sales process to the Firm’s largest clients and training account development teams around the world. Upon the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, Eve moved over to the client side, working in competitive intelligence and marketing strategy for WorldCom.

Eve graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida. Eve is the President of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council, and a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and the Society for Human Resource Management. Eve is also a licensed real estate broker.

When she’s not helping craft and deliver the very unique vision of OneSource, she loves to be with her husband, Greg, and their three kids, Grayson, Eden and Meredith.

 

Michael G. NimerMichael G. Nimer, CRP
Chief Operating Officer

Michael Nimer has been a pillar of the relocation industry for over 30 years.  At OneSource, he oversees the firm’s service delivery and business development components, ensuring top tier levels of customer satisfaction and cost-effective relocation programs. Prior to joining OneSource Relocation, Michael spent 27 years with Prudential Relocation (now Brookfield Global Relocation), where he was its Senior Vice President, Global Relationship Management. Michael has served on a number of industry committees and panels and is in constant demand for his insight, expertise and thoughtful explanations.  He holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and is a recipient of ERC’s Meritorious Service Award.

When Michael isn’t ensuring the tremendous level of service at OneSource, he loves spending time with his wife, Dona, a teacher, and their kids, sons Eric and Jason and daughter-in-law, Wendi.

 

Scott AddamanScott Addaman
Vice President Client Services

Scott joined OneSource as Vice President, Client Services in November 2014, with 20 years of industry experience. Scott is responsible for all aspects of OneSource’s global client services, including relocation policy design and implementation, service delivery and program management. Scott began his career in global mobility working on-site at The Coca-Cola Company for Prudential Relocation, where as Operations Manager he helped establish their international program.  Scott then directed his career towards selling real estate as a top agent for Prudential Georgia Realty. Prior to joining OneSource, Scott spent four years with Graebel Relocation in global operations and account management. Scott received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Keller School of Management. He is an active member of SHRM-Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

 

Nicki DonleyNicki Donley, CRP
Vice President Client Services

With over 20 years as a domestic and international mobility professional, Nicki is experienced in all phases of corporate relocation including relationship management and domestic and international services. She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) through the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Prior to joining OneSource, Nicki was Director, Global Client Development for Graebel Relocation where she served as a strategic partner to assist clients as they grew their businesses.

Nicki has worked diligently, establishing loyal client partnerships through consultative interactions and proactive solutions. She offers guidance to her clients by being inquisitive, understanding her clients’ needs, and creating streamlined policies, program delivery, and enhancing the overall transferee experience. Nicki has the strong ability to balance the needs of her clients and their transferees, being mindful of financial responsibility.
Nicki graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University. She is the author of Cool Conduct- 100 Ways To Make A Positive Impression, a children’s book on etiquette and manners.

 

Renae OldhamRenae Oldham, CRP GMS
Vice President, Finance and Reporting

Clients rely on Renae every day to help them run a compliant, efficient and effective relocation program.  She began her mobility management career with Jenny Pruitt & Assoc. in 1990. In 1998, Renae joined OneSource to help manage its operations and finance activities. Her responsibilities include cost management, expense tracking, finance, operations and client satisfaction.  Renae is a licensed Broker, and has earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations through the Employee Relocation Council.

When she’s not helping elucidate the tax nuances in relocation expenses to clients at OneSource, she loves spending time with her two sons, Jacob and Cameron, and her husband, Reggie.

 

Greg ScottGregory A. Scott
Chief Technology Officer

Greg has the rare ability to masterfully blend the technological side of relocation with the very human needs of the people we serve.  He brings over 13 years of experience in information technology to our clients and transferees.  As our Chief Technology Officer he oversees strategic technology initiatives, including all development, deployment and training.  Greg has a wide range of experience across information technology with specialization in systems integration including Ariba Buyer Network, Siebel CRM, Lotus Domino, and .NET/Java based Web Services.  Prior to OneSource, Greg held positions at IBM, John Harland Company (now Harland Clarke Company) and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a subsidiary newspaper of Cox Communication.  Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Decision Science from Georgia State University.  When he is not reinventing the relocation technology landscape, one byte at a time, he loves to be home with his wife, Gaynielle, and their two girls, Grier and Graysen.
